Joe & Blakely | Zilker Clubhouse Wedding

What?! Another wedding? Yes, yes, I know....but this one kind of fell in my lap and I had to say yes. Joe and Blakely were such a fun couple to work with and even though I only met them the week of their wedding, I knew their day was a perfect reflection of their personalities and love for each other.

They were actually already married when this celebration took place. They originally tied the knot in January so on this date, June 8th, it was more about including more family and friends and having a good time. I would say they accomplished that!

They were married at the Zilker Clubhouse with the amazing Austin skyline in the background. This backdrop was a perfect compliment!

My favorite image from their First Look. Blakely was a stunning bride!

One of the prettiest bridal bouquets ever!

What an amazing spread of food they had for their guests! This was just a sampling of their appetizers. Gorgeous and tasty!

Joe and Blakely met in a band...the band they are currently still in. So needless to say, the evening was full of amazing musicians and some of the best wedding music I've heard in a long time. James and I almost didn't want to leave!

Joe and Blakely, thanks again for the opportunity to work with you both! It was a beautiful evening and we wish you all the best in your new life together.

Laura | Austin Senior Photography

Laura is off to do amazing things at Texas A&M this fall!

I had a blast during Laura's session. She was willing to try anything and totally knew how to work the camera. I had so many favorites and this is one of them for sure.

Shooting at the Graffiti Park was definitely an experience but fun. It was a great way to wrap up the evening.

Laura, all the best to you on your new adventure!

Jessica & Eric | Intimate Wedding at The Allan House

This is the first time in almost two years that I've blogged a wedding...it's actually the first wedding I've been primary for in 2 years as well. It's like riding a bike. I don't plan on taking on weddings again but this one was a perfect fit and I couldn't say no. I was happy to make an exception for Jessica and Eric.

They were married April 1 at The Allan House surrounded by a few close friends and family.

I love all the twinkle lights at The Allan House and had fun using them as my light source. The effect is quite romantic.

Jessica and Eric, you were both a pleasure to work with, thanks for making my job so easy! All the best to you both!
