Now that Allison and Jimmie are married and off to Cancun, these photos can totally be shown. Finally!
These were done just a few weeks before the wedding because Allison was waiting on her dress to come back from alterations. I was a bit worried we wouldn't get it done in time but we did and even delivered the images to Allison a week before the big day. As I understand it, she only just showed them to Jimmie the night of the wedding. He knew she was having bridals done just all the details of those were a secret.
James captured all these images and I was the one hopping on and off the boat helping with dress adjustments and posing. Allison is such a natural when it comes to posing though she needed little help in that department. What a gorgeous bride- she was even more so breathtaking the day of the wedding.
I am so excited to finally be able to show these to you! Thanks to Sarah and Kelsey of BFleye for their amazing work on hair and make up and to LisaLyn Designs for the beautiful bouquet.
Ok, on to the photos! Let's start off with my all time favorite...Allison is one brave girl. James and I were secretly wishing she would want to attempt this pose and it actually ended up being Allison who suggested it!
Her gown is stunning. The details are amazing.
The boat belongs to a friend of the grooms and is from the 1970's.
We finished up with a few on dry land before we were eaten alive by mosquitos. Allison was even an "attraction" for those that came by on a Duck Tour! I heard the driver say, "You don't see that everyday..." Meaning a bride in full dress on a boat!
James did an amazing job with these photos! We are looking forward to sharing some of their wedding day photos with you as well.
