{Personal} Visiting Ohio

James' family lives in Ohio, so we try to visit at least once a year. I've been sitting on these photos since our last trip up there in May. I don't usually travel with my professional gear, just my point and shoot. This trip, I wanted to take it though and do some shooting for me. Plus, I also did a session with my sister-in-law and her husband.

We visited a cute little Topiary Park....

Jeni's is a must every time we visit. I know they sell it here in town but it's way overpriced. I just look forward to the treat when I get it.

This trip was in honor of my sister-in-law's birthday.

Another favorite spot, we visit one or two times while in Ohio is La Chatelaine. Delicious coffee and almond croissants.

The morning we went to the bakery was Saturday so the Farmer's Market was in full swing. I simply adored the flower selection, so different from Texas.

And the peonies! Gorgeous!

Strolling through Inniswood was a lovely time. The roses were in bloom and there were so many paths and different things to see around every corner.

I'll be updating my Fine Art gallery with a few of these images if you are interested in having a print of your own.

  1. These are excellent. I think Jeni's is best enjoyed "freshly scooped". I really like how you captured some of those flowers; maybe you can show me the larger images later.

Leave a little love...
