I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. It's one of my favorite days of the year and not just for the food. I love being with my family! They are what I am most thankful for. My amazing husband, my precious boy, my sisters who are my best friends, their awesome husbands and my fabulous mom. I can't forget to send long distance hugs to my brother and and his wife in Oregon too!
Back in October we spent a beautiful Sunday together in Bastrop at Barton Hills Farm. Our main reason for going was the corn maze which was totally cool. We only got slightly lost and weren't that bad at national and state history...right Matt?
They had the coolest swings which we all had to try out.
Exploring the maze....both babies fell asleep before we made it out.
Matt did his best to guide us through but we did a lot of guessing too.
I love this shot of William! Someone didn't want to keep his hat on.
Maria's sunny smile pre-nap.
You still have through Saturday to check out the Farm if you haven't already. It's great for all ages and easy to get to. Go early and stop at Fitties in Bastrop for a breakfast taco and maybe some BBQ, if you're lucky.
I'll have part two of this post tomorrow so check back!
